This stunning and inviting farmhouse will be exclusively yours during your visit. Fetter Lane is centrally located the middle of our 600 acre farm on a gravel lane. This home offers you a very comfortable and unique experience. We are able to accommodate small or large groups and can help you if you are planning a romantic getaway, family vacation, reunion, business meeting, church retreat, farm experience, country holiday, or a special place to stay near historic Bedford. Fetter Lane maintains its privacy but is within walking distance to the Country Estate. This proximity makes it ideal to rent both homes together for larger groups. Like all our homes, Fetter Lane is open year round and each group can expect the personal attention they deserve.	Fetter Lane Rate & Reservation Policy

Fetter Lane is a historic farmhouse that can sleep up to 12 guests. Enter from either the sun drenched front deck or the shady wrap around porch. You will be relaxed as soon as you see the beautifully finished wooden ceilings and floors. The kitchen is special - bright and well equipped with stainless steel appliances, tile floor and best of all splendid pastoral views. County kitchens are great places to share good food, good times and to reconnect. Gather together in the comfortable living room to play games, read books, watch TV or a favorite VHS or DVD. Listen to a provided CD, tape or vinyl record - you can play your own music on the piano in the entry room. At the end of the day you may want to roast some marshmallows over a camp fire, tell stories, sing songs and enjoy the starlit sky.

Beautifully furnished, the home has 5 bedrooms - one large bedroom on the first floor and 4 bedrooms, including the master suite, upstairs. Each bedroom is decorated with period pieces, comfortable bedding and interesting touches. You will be pleased with the top quality linens and towels that are provided for your stay. There are 2 bathrooms in this home - one on the first floor off of the living room and one located upstairs off of the master bedroom and dressing room. This home has hot water baseboard radiant heat. A whole house fan naturally cools Fetter Lane.

If you are a horse lover and want to be close to our stables the Red Horse Barn sits right above Fetter Lane. Usually our Morgans, “Dandy” and “Comet” along with our llama “Troy”, can be found here. If you own horses and want to bring them along with you we can accommodate up to fourteen with stables and box stalls at Fetter Lane and at two other locations on the farm. Riding is allowed on designated areas of the farm or on our lightly traveled roads.

In order to serve all of our guests, there is no smoking in the house and pets must stay at home.

for each additional guest over 10 - there is a $20.00 per night cost
maximum of 12 guests in this home

A 6% PA tax and a 2% local tax are also charged on the rate.

Full Farm rental is also available. We extend a special invitation to families and individuals who are planning reunions and small weddings to consider Monsour Sheep Farm and Vacation Homes. We would be delighted to assist you in providing a beautiful setting for your special event.

Reservation Policy:

A deposit for the first night or half of the total is required to confirm your reservation.
Mastercard and Visa are accepted.
A full refund, minus a $50 non-refundable reservation fee, per home, will be given if your cancellation is received 45 days before your arrival date.
If you cancel with the 45 day period you are responsible for the total amount of your stay
We rent to family groups and adults over the age of 25.
Check in time is any time after 12 noon.
Check out time is before 4 P.M.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
No pets are allowed.
