Reservation Policy
- A deposit for the first night or half of the total
is required to confirm your reservation - Mastercard and Visa are accepted
- A full refund, minus a $50 non-refundable
reservation fee, per home, will be given if your cancellation is received 45 days before your arrival date - If you cancel within the 45 day period you are responsible
for the total amount of your stay - We rent to family groups and adults over the age of 25
- Check in time is any time after 12 noon
- Check out time is before 4 PM
- Smoking is permitted outside only
- No pets are allowed
